There was a \u201cput and paste\u201d error in the search warrant application that created a date error, but it was found to be a simple mistake, not subject to exclusion. The investigation revealed defendant\u2019s IP address was used to download child pornography, and the four corners of the affidavit objectively showed probable cause to a reasonable careful person for a search warrant of defendant\u2019s house for his computers. Defendant also raised a Brady issue at the suppression hearing, but he got no ruling on it before the conditional plea, and it was not preserved in the conditional plea for appeal. <a href=\"http:\/\/courts.state.wy.us\/Opinions\/2011WY75.pdf\">Lefferdink v. State<\/a>, 2011 WY 75, 250 P.3d 173 (2011).*<\/p>\n<p>A police officer seeing a knife does not have reasonable suspicion to believe that a knife is a \u201cgravity knife\u201d [one where the blade opens by gravity or flipping the wrist or a switchblade].
