United States v. Archer, 2023 U.S. App. LEXIS 14106 (2d Cir. June 7, 2023).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The evidence shows that defendant impliedly consented to this search by his actions and failure to voice any objection. United States v. Smith, 2023 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 98857 (N.D. Okla. June 7, 2023).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The traffic stop was valid. \u201cThe Defendant&#8217;s furtive movements and nervous behavior, her admission that there might be marijuana in the car, and the drug dog&#8217;s alert on the vehicle all provided additional probable cause for the search.\u201d United States v.
