Common authority here didn&#8217;t extend to the bags. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.njcourts.gov\/system\/files\/court-opinions\/2023\/a6721.pdf\">State v. Miranda<\/a>, 2023 N.J. LEXIS 394 (May 3, 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if there wasn\u2019t probable cause (\u201cwhich the Court specifically denies\u201d) the good faith exception applies here. United States v. Webster, 2023 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 75981 (S.D. Ala. May 2, 2023).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petitioner does not get appointed counsel to investigate his Fourth Amendment ineffective assistance of counsel claim where the search warrant and affidavit aren\u2019t presented to the court.
