Maher, 419 F.3d 1107, 1115 (10th Cir. 2005).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defense counsel was not ineffective for not challenging defendant\u2019s arrest. There was probable cause to arrest, and the fact the search warrant had not yet been executed didn\u2019t matter. State v. Perkins, 2023 Del. Super.
