Escobar-Eck<\/a>, 2023 Cal. App. LEXIS 144 (4th Dist. Feb. 28, 2023) (anti-SLAPP case; not a criminal case, but the same rule applies).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The affidavit for warrant was thin, but it wasn\u2019t so \u201cbare bones\u201d that there was nothing showing probable cause. Good faith applied. United States v. Tilford, 2023 U.S. App. LEXIS 4685 (5th Cir. Feb. 24, 2023).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adult entertainment businesses are closely regulated. Wacko&#8217;s Too, Inc. v.
