That person then consented to a search of the bag. He gave her physical control over the bag and assumed the risk of her consent. United States v. Beasley, 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 36079 (E.D. Mo. April 1, 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>Analyzing the facts, defendant\u2019s arrest for disorderly conduct was valid, so the search incident of his person was valid. United States v. Nelson, 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 36483 (S.D. N.Y. March 30, 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>When officers stopped defendant\u2019s vehicle with probable cause under the automobile exception, they found a taped shut eyeglasses case under the car held there by a magnet.
