Instead, the Fourth Amendment protection against unlawful seizures attaches only when there is either \u2018physical force,\u2019 or, as relevant here, \u2018submission to the assertion of authority.\u2019 Id. Jan. 9, 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reasonable suspicion of drug activity in a car is also reasonable suspicion firearms could be in the car, too. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ca4.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/224218.U.pdf\">United States v. Moreno<\/a>, 2023 U.S. App. LEXIS 426 (4th Cir. Jan. 9, 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The issuing USMJ was presented with ample probable cause for the search warrant. United States v.
