App. LEXIS 748 (Nov. 1, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendants\u2019 motion in limine against the product of a federal search warrant in New Jersey for failure to produce the warrant materials is denied. They don\u2019t even show standing in another\u2019s email account. SEC v. Genovese, 2022 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 202649 (S.D.N.Y. Nov. 7, 2022).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plaintiff was erroneously detained by court order, but she has no claim against the officers holding her.
