Defendant\u2019s girlfriend got a call from defendant\u2019s ex and the mother of his child that he\u2019d emailed her explicit pictures of her 14 year old sister. The girlfriend accessed defendant\u2019s email account and saw that he emailed himself pictures from his cell phone. She told police, and this was PC for a search warrant. <a href=\"http:\/\/pacer.ca4.uscourts.gov\/opinion.pdf\/094601.P.pdf\">United States v. Blauvelt<\/a>, 638 F.3d 281 (4th Cir. 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>Consent as a whole was found to be valid. Defendant was handcuffed without display of weapons, and he reinforced his oral consent with written consent. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.4dca.org\/opinions\/Mar%202011\/03-09-11\/4D09-3648.op.pdf\">Gonzalez v. State<\/a>, 59 So. 3d 182 (Fla. 4th DCA 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant invoked his right to remain silent, but, down at the PD, he \u201csua sponte\u201d started talking and consented to a search of his vehicle. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/file.jsp?id=45065\">State v.
