On the search claim, because it depended on an assertion that the affidavit did not incorporate something, but it did. Haque v. United States, 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 18235 (N.D. Ohio February 24, 2011).*<\/p>\n<p>The knock and talk here was valid and not oppressive. It wasn\u2019t at night and there wasn\u2019t prolonged knocking or questioning. Defendant consented.
