May 2, 2022).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seizure of defendant\u2019s smartphone as potential evidence of a probation violation was reasonable. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca7.uscourts.gov\/cgi-bin\/rssExec.pl?Submit=Display&amp;Path=Y2022\/D05-02\/C:21-2331:J:PerCuriam:aut:T:npDp:N:2870118:S:0\">United States v. May 2, 2022).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probable cause was lacking on the face of the affidavit for the warrant here, but it was not so lacking that the good faith exception doesn\u2019t apply.
