He fled, and that gave reasonable suspicion if there was none in the first place. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/opinions\/2011\/02\/03\/10-10036.pdf\">United States v. Smith<\/a>, 633 F.3d 889 (9th Cir. 2011).<\/p>\n<p>There was no clear error in the district court\u2019s finding that the consent was general and not just for a protective sweep. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca2.uscourts.gov\/decisions\/isysquery\/3a3c6250-1050-422d-979d-f8184281d52c\/24\/hilite\/\">United States v. Beltran<\/a>, 409 Fed. Appx. 441 (2d Cir. 2011) (unpublished).*<\/p>\n<p>The officers in this case had a reasonable belief that a runaway child was in plaintiff\u2019s house, and that was the exigent circumstance for the entry into the house. <a href=\"http:\/\/pacer.ca4.uscourts.gov\/opinion.pdf\/091518.U.pdf\">Smith v. Ray<\/a>, 409 Fed. Appx. 641 (4th Cir. 2011) (unpublished).*<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[D]efendant\u2019s unusual furtive movements before and during the stop\u201d was reasonable suspicion for continuing defendant\u2019s stop. United States v. Crawford, 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 10669 (D. Kan.
