Feb. 3, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plaintiff complains that inmate porters came into his prison cell and went through his stuff and took some. [That\u2019s not state action for a search claim.] He has no reasonable expectation of privacy in his prison cell. Logan v. Mich. Dep&#8217;t of Corr., 2022 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 19882 (W.D.Mich. Feb. 3, 2022).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apparently invalid paper tag justified defendant\u2019s stop. This was not a stop at random. United States v. Green, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 252464 (S.D.Ga.
