App. LEXIS 72 (Feb. 2, 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAccordingly, under the totality of the circumstances, the imposition of a ten-year period of satellite-based monitoring following Defendant&#8217;s conviction for an aggravated offense does not constitute an unreasonable search under the Fourth Amendment. &#8230;  We affirm the trial court&#8217;s order imposing satellite-based monitoring for a period of ten years following Defendant&#8217;s release from incarceration.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/appellate.nccourts.org\/opinions\/?c=2&amp;pdf=40865\">State v.
