A patdown was performed by one officer producing nothing, but the second officer noticed that defendant turned slightly like he was adjusting something. A second patdown was done that produced a weapon, and it was valid under the Fourth Amendment. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lexisone.com\/lx1\/caselaw\/freecaselaw?searchType=citation&amp;fclSearch=2011+Ga.+App.+LEXIS+22+&amp;action=FCLSearchCaseByCitation&amp;pageLimit=10&amp;format=CITE&amp;pageNumber=1&amp;sourceID=&amp;citation=2011+Ga.+App.+LEXIS+22+&amp;searchTerm=\">Lewis v. State<\/a>, 307 Ga. App. 593, 705 S.E.2d 693 (2011).*<\/p>\n<p>An identified citizen who called police to say a woman was acting bizarrely in his driveway talking about tar heroin was justification for a stop. When she was stopped, she was glassy eyed and under the influence of something. On the totality of circumstances there was probable cause. <a href=\"http:\/\/appellate.nccourts.org\/opinions\/?c=2&amp;pdf=MjAxMS8wOS0xNjU2LTEucGRm\">State v. Williams<\/a>, 209 N.C. App. 255, 703 S.E.2d 905 (2011).*<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[A]lthough the issue is close, there was probable cause to stop and search the vehicle based on the collective knowledge of law enforcement through the wiretap and visual surveillance.\u201d United States v.
