That led to the police being called over, too. Further investigation resulted in a search warrant for his place a month later. There was probable cause for the warrant. Even if the airport stop and search was unreasonable and it is removed from the affidavit, probable cause for the house search remains. <a href=\"https:\/\/ecf.ca8.uscourts.gov\/opndir\/22\/01\/203601P.pdf\">United States v. Brooks<\/a>, 2022 U.S. App. LEXIS 354 (8th Cir. Jan. 6, 2022).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant\u2019s 2255 search claim was waived by his plea agreement. United States v. Montgomery, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 249207 (E.D.Ky. Nov. 22, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant\u2019s 2255 petition\u2019s claims about everything, including his search and seizure claim, are conclusory and don\u2019t show prejudice. Benanti v.
