The state didn\u2019t provide it timely. It was not exculpatory in trial counsel\u2019s view because it contradicted the defense witnesses and whatever defense they had for trial. \u201cWe need not speculate what difference, if any, the call log would have made in the jury&#8217;s deliberations.
