Younglove, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 247869 (S.D.Fla. Dec. 15, 2021),*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The officer here encountered defendants asleep in a car in the parking lot of a public housing project. They said they were looking for a place to stay, but there was no motel nearby. Neither had a DL, so how did the car get there? Routine questions led to the belief the car was stolen, and that justified a patdown. The gun found is not suppressed. United States v. Conley, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 247323 (E.D.Mo.
