Office of the State&#8217;s Atty.<\/a>, 2021 Md. App. LEXIS 1093 (Dec. 17, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant\u2019s parole search was justified and reasonable. United States v. Turner, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 242565 (S.D.N.Y. Dec. 21, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plaintiffs have standing to complain that they and their children are on a terrorist watch list and subjected to unreasonable searches at the border. They were so informed and searched in 2018.
