Then on defendant\u2019s Facebook account, the officer saw that defendant parolee had firearms. That led to a valid parole search. <a href=\"https:\/\/courts.delaware.gov\/Opinions\/Download.aspx?id=326930\">State v. Briscoe<\/a>, 2021 Del. Super. LEXIS 677 (Nov. 30, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether the state court violated Texas\u2019 art. 38.23 exclusionary rule is barred from federal review.
