Nov. 30, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant challenged the search warrant for his blood in a DUI case, and one was a Franks challenge which fails for lack of a sufficient offer of proof of falsity and materiality. <a href=\"https:\/\/search.txcourts.gov\/SearchMedia.aspx?MediaVersionID=66ecf3a4-ad82-427d-9276-0268ed02ea5a&amp;MediaID=2de9337f-2b46-454a-bf3d-edb510ae1c1c&amp;coa=%22%20+%20this.CurrentWebState.CurrentCourt%20+%20@%22&amp;DT=Opinion\">Villa v. State<\/a>, 2021 Tex. App. LEXIS 9538 (Tex. App. \u2013 Eastland Nov. 30, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dog sniff did not unreasonably extend this stop. \u201cNo testimony indicated that the dog sniff took an unreasonably extended period of time.
