Butler<\/a>, 405 Fed. Appx. 652 (3d Cir. 2010) (unpublished) [This case was pending 43 months.]<\/p>\n<p>The off-site search of defendant\u2019s computer for child pornography was not unreasonable because it would take too long. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/memoranda\/2010\/12\/08\/09-50616.pdf\">United States v. Botta<\/a>, 405 Fed. Appx. 196 (9th Cir. 2010) (unpublished).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendants were stopped for following too close and there was reasonable suspicion from the totality of the circumstances. The officer\u2019s admittedly \u201cfriendly tone\u201d was not constitutionally suspect. Consent to search led to a hidden compartment, and the consent was valid. United States v. Ramirez, 2010 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 137052 (W.D. Ark.
