Holden<\/a>, 54 A.3d 1123 (Del. Super. 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>On the totality of circumstances, there was probable cause for issuance of a search warrant for defendant\u2019s blood in a DUI case. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.13thcoa.courts.state.tx.us\/opinions\/HTMLopinion.asp?OpinionID=19018\">Foley v. State<\/a>, 2010 Tex. App. LEXIS 10071 (Tex. App.\u2013 Corpus Christi\u2013Edinburg   December 21, 2010).* [Coincidentally, today on MSNBC\u2019s morning news there was a story about judges in Texas issuing search warrants for blood because 50% of all DUI detainees refuse breath tests.]<\/p>\n<p>There was probable cause for the search of defendant\u2019s car, so Gant was inapplicable. <a href=\"http:\/\/pacer.ca4.uscourts.gov\/opinion.pdf\/094966.U.pdf\">United States v. Murphy<\/a>, 405 Fed. Appx. 791 (4th Cir. 2010) (unpublished).*<\/p>\n<p>A student\u2019s leaving a school campus and then coming back during the day justified a T.L.O. \u201cspecial needs\u201d search of the student\u2019s belongings under school policy. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courtinfo.ca.gov\/opinions\/documents\/D056026.PDF\">In re Sean A.<\/a>, 191 Cal.
