Neis<\/a>, 2021 Iowa App. LEXIS 930 (Nov. 3, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The trial court erred in finding plain feel inapplicable. It was obvious to the officer what it was. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iowacourts.gov\/courtcases\/14183\/embed\/CourtAppealsOpinion\">State v. Hunt<\/a>, 2021 Iowa App. LEXIS 959 (Nov. 3, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant was stopped for weaving. The officer noticed the ignition interlock had been bypassed. \u201cThe court does find by a preponderance of the evidence that there was reasonable articulable suspicion of intoxicated driving under the Fourth Amendment.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iowacourts.gov\/courtcases\/14275\/embed\/CourtAppealsOpinion\">State v.
