A metal shed near the driveway was visible from the street by anyone. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courtinfo.ca.gov\/opinions\/documents\/A125373.PDF\">People v. Lieng<\/a>, 190 Cal. App. 4th 1213, 119 Cal. Rptr. 3d 200 (1st Dist. 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>The officer tried to stop the defendant for missing a license plate and only one working headlight. Defendant did not stop and he made \u201cgestures\u201d toward the console while the vehicle was moving. Once stopped, the vehicle was subject to search for a weapon. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/2\/2010\/2010-ohio-6113.pdf\">State v. Breisch<\/a>, 2010 Ohio 6113, 2010 Ohio App. LEXIS 5148 (2d Dist. December 10, 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was stopped for careless driving, and the officer put his hand in defendant\u2019s pocket to search it, and the trial court properly suppressed it. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.4dca.org\/opinions\/Dec%202010\/12-15-10\/4D09-4176.op.pdf\">State v. Watana<\/a>, 50 So. 3d 92 (Fla.
