Aug. 13, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The court \u201chesitantly\u201d concludes there is reasonable suspicion for defendant\u2019s stop. \u201cDetective Anderson made a commonsense judgment, and reached a reasonable suspicion based on probabilities combined with database information sufficient to satisfy the minimal level of objective justification for the traffic stop.\u201d United States v.
