Aug. 5, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDespite Sheehan&#8217;s interest in filing a motion to suppress, whether to do so represents a strategic choice of counsel rather than a decision made by a defendant. \u2018[S]trategic choices [by counsel] made after thorough investigation of law and facts relevant to plausible options are virtually unchallengeable.\u2019 Strickland, 466 U.S. at 690.
