Circuit denied rehearing en banc 5-4 in <a href=\"http:\/\/pacer.cadc.uscourts.gov\/common\/opinions\/201008\/08-3030-1259298.pdf\">United States v. Maynard<\/a>, 615 F.3d 544 (D.C. Cir. 2010), in an order styled <a href=\"http:\/\/pacer.cadc.uscourts.gov\/common\/opinions\/201011\/08-3034-1278562.pdf\">United States v. Jones<\/a>, 08-3034, consolidated with 08-3030 which is Maynard. 625 F.3d 766 (D.C. Cir. November 22, 2010). Jones and Maynard are co-defendants.
