Defendant\u2019s actions when he was told to raise his hands, but put them in front of his waistband gave rise to probable cause for arrest. His search produced a gun there. His wife validly consented, and all that was used to get a search warrant. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca11.uscourts.gov\/unpub\/ops\/201011303.pdf\">United States v. Ochoa<\/a>, 402 Fed. Appx. 478 (11th Cir. 2010) (unpublished).*<\/p>\n<p>A bankruptcy case recognized the doctrine of collateral estoppel from a criminal conviction, noting that <a href=\"http:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?case=1935795609383529506&amp;q=449+U.S.+90&amp;hl=en&amp;as_sdt=1002\">Allen v. McCurry<\/a>, 449 U.S. 90, 95-96 (1980), is a collateral estoppel bar to relitigating a search claim in federal court that the state court has already affirmed. Williams v. Meyer (In re Williams), 438 B.R. 679 (10th Cir. BAP 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s stop for speeding was valid despite the fact the police car did not have a certified speedometer. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca11.uscourts.gov\/unpub\/ops\/201012024.pdf\">United States v.
