The raid was on the wrong house:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Chicago\u2019s police oversight group found nearly 100 alleged instances of misconduct stemming from a violent, botched raid more than two years ago on social worker Anjanette Young\u2019s home.<\/p><p>The Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) released a statement on Thursday announcing the completion of its 16-month investigation into the 2019 raid, in which a dozen police officers knocked down Young\u2019s door with guns drawn, and handcuffed her while she was naked and in distress.<\/p><p>The investigation\u2019s report describes massive deficiencies in the Chicago Police Department\u2019s policies and training, and encouraged the department to prioritize improving those issues.
