As to the Fourth Amendment, there is no high privacy interest in the identifiers that a person uses on the Internet because it is voluntarily provided to third parties. It also does not violate the ex post facto clause. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca10.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/09\/09-4162.pdf\">Doe v. Shurtleff<\/a>,  628 F.3d 1217 (10th Cir. 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Four officers show up at defendant\u2019s house and seek admittance. He lets them in, and they Mirandize him and then ask for consent. That is acquiescence to a show of authority, and the \u201cconsent\u201d is invalid. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.3dca.flcourts.org\/Opinions\/3D08-1079%20&amp;%2008-1077.pdf\">State v. Ojeda<\/a>, 2010 Fla. App. LEXIS 16275 (3d DCA October 27, 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant failed to file a motion to suppress, so the search of his car by search incident or impoundment was not preserved for appellate review. The trial record alone is insufficient. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.wa.gov\/opinions\/pdf\/63168-3.pub.doc.pdf\">State v. Roberts<\/a>, 240 P.3d 1198 (Wash. App. 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>An obvious hand to hand drug sale on the street surveilled by officers was probable cause. <a href=\"http:\/\/mdcourts.gov\/opinions\/coa\/2010\/83a09.pdf\">Donaldson v.
