His frisk should have been suppressed. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tncourts.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/lafaris_brown_cca_opinion.pdf\">State v. Brown<\/a>, 2021 Tenn. Crim. App. LEXIS 168 (Apr. 27, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The search incident of defendant\u2019s backpack on his arrest was reasonable under Gant. <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/memoranda\/2021\/04\/27\/20-10112.pdf\">United States v. Torres<\/a>, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 12464 (9th Cir.
