The Court&#8217;s review of Trooper Urban&#8217;s testimony, the MVR, and other evidence shows that Trooper Urban has pointed to a sufficient number of facts that, when taken together, are enough to establish a reasonable, articulable suspicion of criminal activity to justify the extended traffic stop.\u201d United States v. Apr. 22, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The body camera video doesn\u2019t support the officers\u2019 contentions that plaintiff\u2019s decedent was resisting. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ca5.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/pub\/17\/17-51031-CV0.pdf\">Estate of Aguirre v. City of San Antonio<\/a>, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 11975 (5th Cir. Apr. 22, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defense counsel\u2019s failure to include in the record additional video clips did not prejudice the defendant and wouldn\u2019t form the basis for his ineffective assistance claim. <a href=\"https:\/\/courts.delaware.gov\/Opinions\/Download.aspx?id=319340\">State v.
