Greene<\/a> (09-1454) and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scotusblog.com\/case-files\/cases\/alford-v-greene\/\">Alford v. Greene<\/a> (09-1478) both from the Ninth Circuit. The Ninth Circuit held in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/opinions\/2009\/12\/10\/06-35333.pdf\">Greene<\/a> (posted <a href=\"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/blog\/index.php?blog=1&amp;title=ca9_child_abuse_investigation_violated_f&amp;more=1&amp;c=1&amp;tb=1&amp;pb=1\">here<\/a>) that interviewing a potential child abuse victim at school violated family privacy.
