Feb. 26, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBecause the officers stopped Cofano pursuant to a [state \u00a7] 7302 warrant relying on the issuing authority&#8217;s finding that Cofano was dangerous to himself and others, they had valid Fourth Amendment justification.
