Appx. 453 (11th Cir. 2010) (unpublished).*<\/p>\n<p>Officers assisting in an arrest that they are not told is without a warrant are entitled to qualified immunity where they reasonably believed it was with a warrant. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca11.uscourts.gov\/unpub\/ops\/200914265.pdf\">Shepard v. Hallandale Beach Police Dep&#8217;t<\/a>, 398 Fed. Appx. 480 (11th Cir. 2010)* (unpublished).<\/p>\n<p>The credibility determination of the USMJ was not based on status, but correctly noted defendant\u2019s interest in the case as a factor. It was not clearly erroneous. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca11.uscourts.gov\/unpub\/ops\/201010327.pdf\">United States v. Griffith<\/a>,  397 Fed.
