In the warrant application, they described in detail what a cell site simulator was, but it never said the words \u201ccell site simulator.\u201d It doesn\u2019t undermine the probable cause. <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.ca3.uscourts.gov\/opinarch\/192106np.pdf\">United States v. Tutis<\/a>, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 3899 (3d Cir. Feb. 11, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant was stopped for a traffic offense and crack cocaine crumbs were seen on his shirt. That justified a vehicle search under the automobile exception. <a href=\"http:\/\/nycourts.gov\/reporter\/3dseries\/2021\/2021_00976.htm\">People v. Bethea<\/a>, 2021 NY Slip Op 00976, 2021 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 965 (4th Dept. Feb. 11, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A state\u2019s attorney authorizing issuance of an arrest warrant for plaintiff was reasonable and entitled the defendant officer to qualified immunity. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ca4.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/201268.U.pdf\">Shrewsbury v.
