When the officer arrived, defendant was alert and fine, and his drugs were in plain view. App. LEXIS 80 (Feb. 5, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The officers followed the inventory SOP \u201cto the letter,\u201d and it\u2019s not unreasonable. Some discretion not exercised is not unreasonable. <a href=\"https:\/\/media.ca11.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/pub\/files\/201911239.pdf\">United States v. Isaac<\/a>, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 3263 (11th Cir.
