On this basis Petitioners contend their arrest must have resulted in an egregious violation of their Fourth Amendment rights. There is no requirement that those particular questions be asked before an arrest for unlawful entry \u2026.\u201d Therefore, it\u2019s not egregious. <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/memoranda\/2021\/01\/25\/18-71417.pdf\">Portillo-Flores v.
