{"id":4701,"date":"2010-09-26T17:07:56","date_gmt":"2010-09-26T17:07:41","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2010-09-26T17:07:41","slug":"en-US","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/?p=4701","title":{"rendered":"VA considering rehearing its GPS case"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A few weeks ago, <a href=\"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/blog\/index.php?blog=1&amp;title=va_upholds_gps_tracking_of_a_suspected_s&amp;more=1&amp;c=1&amp;tb=1&amp;pb=1\">as posted here<\/a>, the Virginia Supreme Court decided the Foltz GPS case holding that real time GPS tracking of a serial rapist did not violate the Fourth Amendment. A creepy defendant, but a creepier government intrusion.<\/p>\n<p>On <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pogowasright.org\/?p=14642\">PogoWasRight.org<\/a> today, I see that the court has considered rehearing the case.
