City of Williamsburg<\/a>, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 1001 (10th Cir. Jan. 14, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant failed in his burden of proof to show a Franks violation or a lack of probable cause. There was no plain error that the search warrant was stale, either. <a href=\"https:\/\/media.ca11.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/unpub\/files\/202010187.pdf\">United States v. Pettaway<\/a>, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 1005 (11th Cir.
