Phyfier<\/a>, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 133 (11th Cir. Jan. 5, 2021).  [Even so, case law uniformly says they don&#8217;t have to take her at her word.]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualified immunity for a traffic stop without justification is denied because of factual disputes on this record. Plaintiff flipped off the officer, and that was allegedly the real reason for the stop. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca8.uscourts.gov\/opndir\/21\/01\/191836P.pdf\">Garcia v. City of New Hope<\/a>, 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 86 (8th Cir.
