He was arrested by constables who were with Rice, and, while he was being taken away, Edwards saw \u2018all of them walking on to the property and sta[r]te[d] to look th[r]ough the [stuff] there and taking photos, and looking around.\u2019\u201d Rice also allegedly came in without a warrant and took photographs. Reversed. <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.ca3.uscourts.gov\/opinarch\/201217np.pdf\">Edwards v. Rice<\/a>, 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 38585 (3d Cir. Dec. 10, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The affidavit for the search warrant for defendant\u2019s property adequately showed nexus. <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.ca3.uscourts.gov\/opinarch\/192163np.pdf\">United States v. Rosario<\/a>, 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 38586 (3d Cir. Dec. 10, 2020).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FSTs require reasonable suspicion, and the officers had it here from the driving. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/5\/2020\/2020-Ohio-5632.pdf\">State v. Curfman<\/a>, 2020-Ohio-5632, 2020 Ohio App. LEXIS 4479 (5th Dist.
