Dec. 2, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant\u2019s stop and frisk was justified. \u201cWhen officers first contacted Williams, they were investigating the report of a possible burglary in progress and Williams, matching the description of the suspect, was in possession of a crowbar. A crowbar is not only an item that could be used in committing a burglary, it could also be used as a weapon.\u201d His failure to drop the crowbar when told to justified his misdemeanor arrest, for starters.
