App. LEXIS 14356 (Fla. 4th DCA Oct. 7, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIn addition, \u2018[d]uring a valid traffic stop, officers may order the occupants of a vehicle out of the vehicle pending completion of the stop without violating the Fourth Amendment.\u2019 \u2026 Once Appellee exited the vehicle, Patrolman Headley observed a plastic baggie containing an unknown brown powder substance sticking out of his pocket. Sept. 25, 2020).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The search of a zipper case in defendant\u2019s vehicle was reasonable because the officer standing outside the vehicle could see baggies of drugs sticking from the case.
