July 9, 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s arrest in his car also justified the search of the car under the automobile exception, and Gant was not an issue. United States v. Dixon, 2010 U.S. Dist. May 26, 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>The officer was able to articulate a reasonable suspicion for a stop of the defendant for driving without a license based on eight month old information and defendant\u2019s general pattern of driving without a license.
