Karson<\/a>, 44 Kan. App. 2d 306, 235 P.3d 1260 (2010):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>On this issue, we are in accord with the majority of courts, which have concluded that the good-faith exception applies to searches conducted in accordance with the prevailing understanding of the Belton rule before Gant was decided.
