However, applying de novo review to the motion to suppress, the search was still valid under all the facts before the trial court because, if the correct burden were applied, the state still would have won. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.state.in.us\/judiciary\/opinions\/pdf\/07291013jsk.pdf\">Danner v. State<\/a>, 931 N.E.2d 421 (Ind. App. LEXIS 64 (July 30, 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Holding on to defendant\u2019s driver\u2019s license while a warrants check was run for 5-10 minutes was not unreasonable. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apltwo.ct.state.az.us\/Decisions\/CR20090281Opinion.pdf\">State v.
