State<\/a>, 2010 Ind. App. LEXIS 1366 (July 27, 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Dog sniff of the air from outside a car did not violate the state constitutional protection of \u201cprivate affairs.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.wa.gov\/opinions\/pdf\/63816-5.pub.doc.pdf\">State v. Hartzell<\/a>, 156 Wn. App. 918, 237 P.3d 928 (2010).*<\/p>\n<p>The officer received a report of a potential drunk driver in defendant\u2019s car. The officer was free to approach defendant\u2019s garage to attempt to talk to him, and defendant\u2019s admission that he was driving plus his condition was reasonable suspicion of DUI. The Fourth Amendment was not implicated until a second officer arrived for a field sobriety test. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.14thcoa.courts.state.tx.us\/opinions\/HTMLopinion.asp?OpinionID=87160\">Banda v.
