(The court gives a history of the state \u201cprivate papers\u201d exemption.)  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gasupreme.us\/sc-op\/pdf\/s09g2058.pdf\">Brogdon v. State<\/a>, 287 Ga. 528 (2010).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant did not raise lawfulness of search of his vehicle in the trial court, so application of Gant was waived. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.wa.gov\/opinions\/pdf\/38498-1.10.cor.doc.pdf\">State v. Cross<\/a>, 156 Wn. App. 568, 234 P.3d 288 (2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Officers had probable cause to arrest defendant for obstructing a felony stop after officers responded to a call about a large fight. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iowacourts.gov\/court_of_appeals\/Recent_Opinions\/20100714\/0-392.pdf\">State v. Parsons<\/a>, 2010 Iowa App. LEXIS 759 (July 14, 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Officers had reasonable suspicion from an informant\u2019s statement that a drug deal would go down at Hardee\u2019s from a \u201cbeat-up hooptie,\u201d and a car matching that description showed up at the Hardee\u2019s and nobody got out of the car. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iowacourts.gov\/court_of_appeals\/Recent_Opinions\/20100714\/0-386.pdf\">State v.
